You have taken a lifetime to get to where you are today. I too have taken a lifetime, my own journey of truth and discovery, to find proven healing modalities to mesh together so I can offer you the Mindful Coherenceâ„¢ Method (MindCo) route to family healing. I will take into account your individual needs, your family needs and, by you beginning this journey with me, I hope to facilitate you on a journey of self-awareness and compassionate control of how you parent your adolescents and your Invidual well-being as parents.

Taking that first step into a therapist’s room is the hardest one you will take. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore with true awareness just who you are, to find your families wholeness and also each ones individuality.

What is Therapy?

It can be confusing when you are choosing a therapist, there are many now available online. The most important factor when we work together will be the creation of a strong professional relationship based on compassion, empathy and non-judgment on my part and you liking and trusting me on your part.

At many different times of a person’s life it may be appropriate to seek counselling. It can be to find a relatively quick solution to an impending problem that may mean only a few sessions or, it may be a deeper process of self-discovery stretching over a longer period and delving more deeply into the past. Either way the relationship between client and therapist is paramount in the success of the therapeutic sessions you embark on.

Online Appointments

If this is your first therapeutic session with me, the intention is to get to know you and to help you understand how the Mindful Coherence™ Method can support you and your family, particularly in navigating relationships during the adolescent years. 

If you choose to continue, and I feel I can meaningfully contribute to your journey, I will suggest further sessions, with a review at the end of these. This allows us to work together through a journey of uncovering, discovering, and recovering using the MindCo method. The MindCo approach combines generational wisdom from different cultures I have worked within and empirical therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
